The excerpt will included published corporate details which can include; Name, Jurisdiction, Registration Number, Registration Date, Entity Type, Registered Office, Initial Subscriber, Authorised Share Capital, Nature of Business, Financial year end date; Status and Status date.
A search will also be carried out against the current directors register and any names given on the register will be provided. Please note that registered companies are obliged to submit updates to the directors register in the Cayman Islands within 60 days of registration and within 30 days of any changes in directors/officers, failure to update the register within these timescales incurs penalties.
